Do you let the yeast activate before mixing in with the bread dough? I find that this tends to double the bread recipe, so be careful.

Hmm, Kiwi made me think of this--> bake bread that doesn't explode out of the bread machine, or the oven (this has happened 3 times, once making yeast rolls, the rolls became the size of a loaf of bread. Twice in the bread machine, they popped the top off as it was rising. Very active yeast.)
I would love to learn to cut bridges for instruments. Then I wouldn't have to pay a fortune to get them cut. Oh, and string horse hair on bows.

...the mastery of at least 3 martial arts disciplines with American traditions like kick-boxing thrown in as extra...
...every possible kind of formal, traditional ballroom dance
....how to repair...anything & everything
....mechanical engineering (just because inventing things sounds fun!)
....aeronautical training, because flying would be awesome!
....I can already cook well enough, but maybe gourmet or chef level...(just to go on chopped and be like "pfft...this is easy, and no...I just cook a bit as a hobby...lol)
...how to speed read, still highly comprehend and retain the text, and then how to enjoy reading... -_- because I never really have, but it will continuously consume my life...
...how to be an epic hero who saves the day without having to kill anyone...
...and whatever else sounds fun, interesting, or useful...

My friend and I had cooking contests in college, kiwi. We made bisquits, his were always flaky and good, A grades, and, mine were mostly C, I think I got to A- once but average was what they were
I can cook though, I cook once a year for my mom on Mother's Day

OK then, seriously, I want to learn to read more inductively.
Thing is, Im a pretty fantastic cook if I do say so myself. Ive been cooking and baking since I was 5. I taught myself how to bottle and preserve fruit and veges on my own very recently, my father and brother are chefs, and I can usually try a recipe Ive never done before and get it right the first time.
Breadmaking on the other hand Ive found is my kryptonite. It is not cooking, it is pure science and an art form that will take me many years to figure out.
I like a challenge.
To be articulate and openly share my opinions because I tend to just nod & think on things on my own. I unintentionally insult people by doing this. So it would be great to learn to be charismatic for God but if God made me this way am I fine being this way because I'm not sure if I'm supposed to change? I do fall into thinking too much & catch myself trying to follow my understandings & that is wrong so I pray. I like learning about random facts & I'll end up searching US history for a few hours.

I've actually shared some of those here on Christian Chat. Most aren't very receptive because they've already accepted certain doctrinal views that biblical christianity is dead and gone.

Thanks Crossfire. Whether anyone (or even me) agree with you or not shouldn't matter. It gives us something to contemplate and search the scriptures over. It doesn't matter who agrees and who doesn't. To me, it's another way to study the word of God as we consider what others see/believe and then search out that lesson for ourselves. I'm interested. Oh and I should add.... I will be looking for your posts. 
1) I want to learn how to convert my car to run on water (there are already people who have done it).
2) I want to learn how to turn garbage into reusable energy (I don't think this one has ever been done yet).

You probably need to move to Canada or the Northern part of the US then, if you want to learn how to trap a moose. Although, you could probably learn just as well in the Scandinavian countries.
Oye how handy is YouTube aye. I've already learnt how to drill a hole in my wall, how to make chocolate mousse and how to dougie thanks to that site.
