Make a righteous judgement.

GOD looks at the heart but man looks at outward appearances
We can't judge a persons heart but we can see their actions.

IE
A person cuts you off In traffic then you see WHAT they did but you don't know why.
Maybe they just got some bad news that their love one passed so we can judge what we see but only GOD can judge the motivation.
