What is it necessary to be saved (Part 33).
During our walking here, the Creator imparted to us material blessings so that we could have wherewith to amass treasures in the heaven (Mat 6.19-21).
But, what is treasure to the eyes of the Creator?
Analyze (Luke 15.4-7,10,24,32; 19.12-27 ) and you will see that one of the things that the Creator consider as treasure is people. Notwithstanding, many people think that what is important is to gain souls to Jesus.
Nevertheless, if it doesn't exist love (the disposition of receiving this people in our heart (see 1John 1.3) in no way will this bring us profit (see 1Cor 13.3).
In other words, we have to change material boons for people in Christ Jesus that can abide in our heart and help us to stay stalwart in Christ.
And to this, we need to give up everything we have (including ourselves - Luke 9.23; 14.25,26,33). See, for example, the two men of the parable de Matthew 13.44-46: one had to sell all that he had to buy the treasure and, the other, the pearl of great value. Abraham only received his greater blessing when he sacrificed Isaac.
Abridging: for us to receive the everything of the Creator, we need to deliver what is great or spacial to our eyes (see Matthew 6.19-24). The provision of the Creator is bigger and more excellent than the misery that we are trying to keep (Luke 6.38; 1Cor 2.9; Phil 3.19,20; 1Tim 6.17). His boon enrich us without bringing pains (Prov 10.22).
Besides, do you remember how the offer of the widow pleased Jesus (Luke 21.4 - ela deu tudo o que tinha – todo o seu sustento)?
The only reason for us don't deliver everything to Jesus is because we are trusting in the human being and in what is precious to their eyes. In this case, we are warding off our heart from Jesus and, of course, putting us under malediction (Jer 17.5; %om 14.23; Gal 5.4).
So, let's be nurtured by what come out of the Creator's mouth and let’s have a good day. Who doesn't act moved by what hear from the Creator, is sinning (Rom 14.23).
