That's a shame.
Money! It's all about the the money.
The HOA community near me has houses wrapped in that Tyvex paper before the plyboard/glue boards, could dry after days of rain.
As soon as it stopped raining, if it was early morning when the storm passed, the builder crew would be on site Tyvex wrapping the house. And it isn't treated wood their using either. Because in houses that priced starting in the mid $300's, that would make them costly to build.
So now, there are countless houses across 25 acres of a former family farm with rain soaked wood, wrapped with flammable insulation paper.
And families, totally unaware, paying on a 30 year mortgage.
The first developer lied to potential buyers. Oh,there's going to be a community center, you can pay extra for a fence, which was never installed because he sold the property to a different developer, and on and on.Promise after promise.
All lies.
Because it's all about the money.
And those buyers could opt to buy the house furnished! Furnished!
Because who doesn't want to pay for 30 years for a living room set?
