I don't know if any have sought satisfaction through the courts.
The first developer.told potential buyers they could have a fence installed to seperate their lots east to west from that private retail property that spans the length of the former farm land property line.
For an additional price in their purchase.
Of course they all agreed. Who wants a shopping cart rolling into their garden from next door.
Keeping in mind,that fence price rolled into the purchase price,as did the option to buy the home furnished,in a 30 year mortgage.
They all agreed.
The fence never appeared
Because the first developer sold the project for twice of what he paid just for the farmland. Banking all the money from the home sales too at that point.
Now,I see a few homes with their own purchased fences.
Greed. It's always shameful.
