That's right. One could make a lengthy list of all the results of the resurrection of Christ (both on earth and in Heaven). And without that resurrection there would be no Gospel, no gift of the Holy Spirit, no Church, and no Second Coming of Christ.
I thought you might want to make that a homework project.You are welcome to post that list if you like.
Anyhow, here is what we find in Scripture to get you started:1. Christ is Himself The Resurrection and The Life, so His resurrection guarantees eternal life to those who believe. (see John 11:25,26).
2. But since all believers (other than those who will be at the Rapture) will die, Christ's resurrection guarantees the resurrection and glorification of all the children of God.
3. Immediately after His resurrection, Christ took all the saints who were in Abraham's bosom from Hades to Heaven. They are all presently in the New Jerusalem, as the spirits of just men made perfect (Eph 4: 8-10; Heb 12:22-24).
4. After His resurrection, Christ also immediately entered the heavenly Sanctuary with His own blood and sprinkled it on the heavenly Mercy Seat: But Christ being come an high priest of good things to come, by a greater and more perfect Tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this building; Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by His own blood he entered in once into the Holy Place, having obtained eternal redemption for us... And to Jesus the Mediator of the New Covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel. (Heb 9:11,12; 12:24)
That last verse is connected with all the occupants and things presently in the New Jerusalem.

• Romans 4:25 . . He was raised to life for our justification.
The Greek word for "justification" is dikaiosis (dik-ah'-yo-sis) which means
acquittal; defined as an adjudication of innocence.
People merely forgiven and/or pardoned still carry a load of guilt; viz: they
have a record, i.e. a criminal history. Christ's resurrection effectively deletes
that history so that on the books, it's as though they've never been anything
but 100% innocent.
• 2Cor 5:19 . . God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not
imputing their trespasses unto them.
The Greek word in that passage for "imputing" is logizomai (log-id'-zom
ahee) which means to keep an inventory; in other words: an indictment.
BTW: This particular benefit was predicted by Jer 31:31-34

We are given life by the same Spirit that is in Christ! That same Spirit lives in us today!

In Revelation 20:4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. 5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.
So lets rewind a bit and see this first resurrection, because we need to understand how this came to be. This next verse we are getting to read take place toward the ending of the great tribulation. After the sky roll back and sun and moon do not give her light. Lets read this in Revelation 6: 12 And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood; 13 And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind. 14 And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.
So after the sky is roll back, there will be some time in between, because the lord will be looking at the people who pierce him. Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen. (Rev. 1:7)
Now let see when the Lord is descending or coming down, and notice Jesus not coming with anybody, he coming alone.
Lets go into 1 Thessalonians 4: 13 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. 14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.
If you sleep in Jesus it means you have done his will. Lets keep reading and see how Jesus bring the saints with him.
15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.
This verse just told us that some will be alive to be in this first resurrection, the coming of Jesus, and there are those who will be asleep. Notice they asleep and not in heaven chilling and watching over people, smiling at all this hell going on.
16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
Notice: Only the dead in Christ will rise first, but the Lord has descended...meaning coming down
17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
Notice we those that where asleep or dead rise first, then those which are alive and remain rise next, to meet the Lord in the air, and altogether we the first resurrection.
Paul said in 1 Thessalonians 3:13 To the end he may stablish your hearts unblameable in holiness before God, even our Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints.
So the saint will be sitting on thrones as we read in the beginning.
Is it only some saints who sit on thrones? I thought the apostles would sit on the thrones.

Should I do a word search on resurrection to find out more?
That's right the apostles will sit on thrones Judging the 12 tribes of Israel and other saints will sit on thrones Judging cities...etc.
That is definitely one option. But kindly invest in Nave's Topical Bible (KJV) which will be a tremendous help. But even beyond this, just go through the Gospels and epistles to see the impact of the resurrection of Christ on all Christian activity and teaching. Looking only at the last chapters of the Gospels and Acts 1 we see:
1. After the resurrection Christ taught His apostles that everything about Him was revealed in the OT, while at the same time establishing the authority of the OT canon. Then He spent 40 days on earth teaching them many things.
2. It was only after the resurrection of Christ that He said that all power and authority in Heaven and earth had now been given to Him. Thus Jesus of Nazareth became "the Lord Jesus Christ", since "Lord" denotes His divine authority.
3. After that He gave the Great Commission to the church, to preach the Gospel in Jerusalem, then Judea, then Samaria, and then to the uttermost parts of the world. And miracles would accompany the preaching of the Gospel.
4. Christ's resurrection and ascension were critical in order to fulfil the promise of the outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon the earth (as seen on the day of Pentecost and later). Thus the Church was founded on the basis of His resurrection.
5. The miracles which the apostles and their companions did after the ascension of Christ were directly related to His authority as both Lord and Christ. Peter and John healed the lame man perfectly in the name of Jesus of Nazareth. And many miracles followed (many of which are not even recorded).

#1 counting to "Ten" = ten days of tribulation
#2 = them "leaving town" = death.
#3 = receiving their crown = Life
