Yes, one way of stating the Gospel's requirement for salvation (the kerygma) is as belonging to the Kingdom of God, and becoming a member is only the beginning part of God's will for mankind.

Yes, viewing salvation merely as a ticket to heaven is a shallow or "elementary" understanding of what God intends for believers (Heb. 6:1), and viewing it as a social gospel (liberty captives, sight for blind, etc.) merely views heaven on earth as possible, so we need to build on this understanding by learning more of God's Word (the didache).

Yes, we need to be set free from sin and spiritual blindness or our selfishness aka I-dolatry, which will be accomplished or "revealed" when our bodies are redeemed/resurrection and transformed at the Second Coming (Rom. 8:18-25, 1Cor. 15:39-54), which transcends Eden.

Yes, despite having lost our health, a job, relationships, mental stability and other blessings, God can use such troubles to bring us to Him (Rom. 1:1-4, Heb. 12:4-11). We can experience joy despite suffering as we anticipate the restoration of all that we lost (Phil. 4:4-13).

Yes, anti-Christian cultures persecute believers without mercy, but Peter encouraged God's elect/saints to rejoice that they "participate in the sufferings of Christ" (1Peter 4:13).

Yes, seeking first the Kingdom of God is the objective of the gospel (Matt. 7:7), and we are saved for the purpose of learning God's will about how to become morally perfect as well as forgiven (Eph. 4:11-32, 5:1-20, etc.).

This thread duplicates or echoes the thread about the didachaic teachings that build on the kerygmatic foundation,
so I hope you will also post your insights there, Gideon.

the Kingdom of God = servanthood/loving sacrifice (Matt. 20:25-28, cf. Matt. 18:4).

To me it is forever, no ending, no beginning anymore, thanks
“I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him.

And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.”
‭‭Daniel‬ ‭7:13-14‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Eph_1:10 That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him:

In the foulness of time God will place all that is in heaven as well as all that is in earth in Christ. Today we are translated in the kingdom of God which is his heavenly kingdom. One the kingdom is established on earth and at the end of the millennium, God will conclude all in Christ.

Mat 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

Mat 5:20 For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.

Mat 6:10 Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

Mat 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
Mat 7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

2Ti 2:19 Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.

1Jn 3:6 Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him.
1Jn 3:7 Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.
1Jn 3:8 He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
1Jn 3:9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.
1Jn 3:10 In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.

The kingdom of God is within us when we have the Holy Spirit which then we display the ways of God on earth.

God's will be done on earth as in heaven which the angels are not sinning in heaven.

A person led of the Spirit will not fulfill the lusts of the flesh.

And blessed is the person that endures temptation and does not sin for they will receive the crown of life.

2Ti 3:4 lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
2Ti 3:5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
2Ti 3:7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

Rev 3:15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.
Rev 3:16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.
Rev 3:17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked.

Pro 30:11 There is a generation that curseth their father, and doth not bless their mother.
Pro 30:12 There is a generation that are pure in their own eyes, and yet is not washed from their filthiness.
Pro 30:13 There is a generation, O how lofty are their eyes! and their eyelids are lifted up.
Pro 30:14 There is a generation, whose teeth are as swords, and their jaw teeth as knives, to devour the poor from off the earth, and the needy from among men.

Some people do not allow the Spirit to lead them and love sin more than God.

But they believe they are saved but they do not come to the truth.

We are at the last Church age where many people believe the prosperity Gospel.

The last generation will devour the poor from off the earth and the needy from among men.

Which they will heap money to themselves in a ludicrous fashion only wanting riches to exalt themselves but do not need that much money to survive.

Which this can only happen at the time of technology, the end time, because it causes money to flow like a raging river and they can make more money because they can reach out to more people and people can travel farther to have a job.

And many people who claim to be a Christian want a part of the action and enjoy their lusts that money provides.
