A major claim being made right now is that the mainstream media is “fake news”. There is a major distinction based on where or from whom you get your news. So let’s examine this matter of truth.

The incarnated word, the word that becomes flesh is full of truth. You have to received that Jesus is Lord and you have to behold Him. But as you do you will see His glory dwelling among us. There are many aspects of the truth revealed in John 1, this word was from the beginning. The truth does not change with the times. The truth is with God. The apostasy, the “falling away from God”, claims that the truth is not with God. But once you become unmoored from God there is no longer any truth. Instead of two gender pronouns, you can have three, then eight, then twenty six, and now you can google “how many gender pronouns are there” and find an answer of 72. We can also see that the word “was God”, etymology of words is a beautiful revelation of God. There is a creative power in this word and there is also life in this word. Also there is light that overcomes darkness and a light that darkness cannot understand and cannot defeat. There are witnesses of this light. There is a true light and a counterfeit light. True light lighteth every man. The counterfeit light is where someone claims to have some great secret. For example “the secret to success”. They will sell books, have seminars, sell tapes, etc. But it doesn’t light every man. The gospel lights every man, every tribe, every tongue, every nation for two thousand years. If you receive this word, if you believe it, you are given the right to become children of God. Simply believing on His name, one word that is so powerful and so full of truth and light that it will change you.

Many people think that the law is full of truth. But the law is two dimensional like a mirror whereas truth is four dimensional like a living person who moves. For example, Ruth was a moabitess, condemned by the law, unable to enter the congregation for ten generations. Yet she entered the congregation, was not cursed but blessed, and is part of the genealogy of Jesus. She is part of the etymology of the name that we believe in, the name that is full of grace and truth. You cannot know the truth by following a prescribed set of rules. For example, some people think that the way to know the truth concerning this election fraud is to “listen to both sides”. What does that mean? If someone is lying to you do they really present “one side” of the truth? If that were true then during a trial we should not only listen to witnesses who tell the truth but also to those that lie. However, we require a witness to swear to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth before we listen to their testimony. The minute you discover that a witness is not telling the truth you discredit all of their testimony. You view their testimony as “poisoned”. In addition there is the concept of “the fruit from the poisoned tree”. For example, let’s say in a trial it was discovered that the police fabricated evidence. Once you discover that, then any evidence that came from the same police is considered “fruit of the poisoned tree”. The NY Times was recently caught in a flagrant lie, fabricating stories for the purpose of discrediting Trump. They are a poisoned tree. Once I learn that I throw out anything that comes from them. Youtube, Facebook and Twitter censored a story about the Hunter Biden laptop in October but now in December admit they were wrong to do that and that the story is true. That causes me to seriously question their credibility. Joe Biden has put senior officials from both companies into his administration, causing me to further question them. Careful studies of their algorithms have demonstrated very clear biases, for example only Democrats received reminders to vote. So many will take this “rule” of seeking out many sources and then do a search on Youtube “Hunter Biden’s laptop” and watch several videos on it thinking they are being responsible. But the algorithm only lets you see the videos that the non credible witness wants you to see. They don’t tell the truth, they don’t let you see the whole truth, and in many cases it is anything but the truth. The real rule for seeing the truth is to find Jesus Christ.
