What is your favorite color? Is color important in picking suitables?

Just asking a colorful question or two. So, run with it , draw out a thought or two could you pretty please, with sugar on top. Green sugar, of course. :)

I just thought about my favorite color and, yes, a girl in green is a good thing for me to see, and telling me WHY she likes my same favorite color earns points too. So, what color or colors make(s) you go ga-ga over the opposite sex, if any hues at all shade your dating choosing and....why ?
 
Red is my favorite color. Being born in Alabama and the Crimson Tide color being Red, plus it remind me of the blood of Christ.

I usually find redheads very attractive, also.
 
I am a designer and I love all colors. I never look at a guy and think "Ooohhh! he has on navy blue. Hot!"

What I don't like is when someone seems to always be wearing black. I have a friend who mostly wears black but I have been working with her for a few years to add color to her life. Its been a long process. LOL.

P.S. I have on a snuggly green sweater today.
 
I do not really have a *favorite* color....although I do find myself gravitating towards green a lot. (some shades more than others.)

I have never thought of the opposite sex in the terms of the colors they where and if that makes them more attractive to me or not. But I will say that I guess it can say a lot about a person based of what they are wearing and the color it is.

I do have to say though that although I can be pretty open-minded...I have never been fond of guys wearing the dress shirts and ties that are pink, levender, aqua, sage etc.....I guess on the right person in the right setting it could be ok...but initially I just think....why???

(although I do try most of the time to not judge a book by its cover. I certainly would not want someone to do that to me on most given days! lol)
 
There is no color i would say that makes me attracted to someone... I've never even heard of that....

Guys usually tend to wear bland colors anyways....
 
Yeah, ok then, Nods( she must know something sarcastic is next), if kirby mist likes navy blue then would 'navy bean' be a color of your 'man' choosing. You said 'bland' lettuce remember so.... :)

For me, its green, wait, I already said that and well kind of hard not to know that once reading my name on here. My favorite nice color on a girl, that is in 'navy bean ' speaking the shade of lettuce. Lol . O, but seriously, a girl who knows how to wear the greens , NOW that's a delight to my senses. 'Course, I always ask God first if she is the right vegetable for me. ;)
No, but seriously, seriously, being series now, a girl that can dress in right colors will def catch my eye like Catcher in the Rye.(a good book).
 
Colors not the big of a deal to me...........love red..........and orange....( color of my favorite tractor)...........
 
I love bold, rich colors, but my favorite is turquoise.

Can't really say that there's a color that would make me attracted to a guy, but it does seem that most guys look very nice in black...not sure why that is. Certain colors of blue or green can set off the color of a guy's eyes and bright colored shirts seem to look nice on guys with darker complexions. Just general observations though.
 
Best on girls = pink
worst on girls = black

I would say overall for women the lighter the clothing you wear the better.

As a kid I denied liking the color pink because i hated being girly...but I love Pink and I love my girliness and I get everything that can possibly come in pink. My mom was surprised when my prom dress was navy blue!! Haha
 
I don't really care what color a girl is wearing but I do care that she is not overly colorful. But , subconsciously speaking, I think our favorite colors draw us to others (looks aside) with that in their look. :)
Thisremba? A green sweater is def a good thing on a girl, or better yet....a green 'snuggie' . Lol. My nephew gave me one for Xmas last year. :)


Good observations too from someone liking red and redheads. And the one Juliana saying dark complexion guys look good in light colors. I admit, I don't like black on girls so much too. It's a universal cor I know I know, but it just seems often to cast pallor on your look to me.
