I had a bariatric gastric sleeve surgery back in June. I got put on a strict diet where I would build up the type of foods I could eat in the coming weeks. But the constant was no bread, pasta or rice for the first 6 months. And by not eating those things, mainly bread and rice I've lost around 60 pounds in close to 6 months. So yeah, limit how much bread you eat, because I realized when I stopped eating it, I got so much healthier and loss weight much faster. Same with rice, not saying to stop cold turkey but limit how much you eat from it, if you ever want to lose weight, those are two things to stop eating if you were to go on a diet.

For me I can give up bread a lot easier than I can my rice. My favorite thing if I have left over rice, like it for breakfast with butter on it.

God has give us all of the seeds for what we need to stay healthy', if we obey Him' -
bottom-line, choose His ways, or choose satan's ways, and pay the 'consequences' -
we both certainly 'dis-obeyed' for way to many years, but, enlightenment visited our spirits,
and we chose to listen and obey' and so, here we are today, being blessed to share our experiences
with our Brothers and Sisters...
