What kind of friend is good for us?
• Pro 18:24 -> “A man of many companions may come to ruin, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother..”.
Many people crave for being famous. Nonetheless, it has many friends is terrible. After all, in order to keep the friendship, is necessary dedication. If we get friendship with someone who doesn’t have anything with the purpose of Jesus for us, we will have to dally on things which doesn’t add anything our spiritual growing.
Therefore, many companions may ruin our spirituality, as well as rob the time which we could invest on those friends who sticks closer than a brother. Or better: these companions can set us apart from those who Jesus put in our life so that we can be part of His body.

• Ef 4:15,16 -> “Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ, from whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love.”.
Each part of Jesus’ body needs to work properly, in thorough cooperation with the members which were directly bound to them by Jesus. So, instead of trying to find many friends who can fill each space of your heart, have a good day filling each abode existent in your heart (John 14:2) with the person that Jesus put in your life and will still put when you had been faithful in the little (Mat 25:21,23; Luke 16:10).
