-Which do you find more beautiful, the sunsets here or in California?
um, I've never seen the sunsets in California except in movies. I can't see the sunsets here because it's usually cloudy and I live in the valley where the sun goes down it's behind some trees.
Are you going to take me to California? Because that's going to cost like $2000

--What's the best vacation you've ever taken?
I went on a cruise once and got seasick but the best thing I was by myself so nobody was sharing the cabin with me when I threw up.

-- How inspired you were when your parents finally told you how they met and fell in love. What about her parents?
My parents will not talk about how they met and fell in love. My mum actually told me the biggest mistake of her life was marrying my dad. So yea.

--What's the most romantic movie you've ever watched?
I liked Aladdin. But as far as I know, there are no magic carpets that can take you to a whole new world. I thought the Genie was brilliant though.

Im soooooo glad I'm too old and ugly for all of that now 🤪 .
You can’t say that. Did you know when external beauty fades in the eye of the beholder.. your growth and internal beauty as you age will make that external beauty better and more vivid. The wrinkles you may have being older then me only show the growth and maturity you can bring. That’s is much more attractive then tight skin and a loose brain. 🧠

Spoken like someone in their 30's 😆😆😆 . My hubby once gave me an awesome backhanded compliment . When we met I was in my early 30's , still slim and attractive . I managed to keep it up ( mum and dad were both very good looking ) for quite a while but , the 50's have been hard on me .
One morning I was bemoaning my changinhg face and body and he said ; it doesn't matter to me how old u get , I know what u really look like .
I had to think about that for a minute , I did and decided it was rather cheeky ! 😲 😆😆😆 .

It isn’t a backhanded compliment at all. Why does physical beauty put way inner beauty? It should , it should be the other way around. Would you rather not age? But also your mind not grow? Older woman are more attractive physically most times then younger women anyway. So it’s preference . If anything it’s an all around compliment from my perspective ;)

I remember my first ever date. I was in high school. A friend of mine, who was a christian, had been going out with this guy and she liked him (as a friend) and decided that he would make a good date for me.
So she introduced me to him - for the life of me I can't remember his name now. She said go out with Lanolin and so he came and picked me up and we went out to go dancing, at this Ceroc club that taught dancing but also had 'free dancing' party nights because that was all the rage then.
When we got there, I noticed he had his eye on this other girl that was there the whole time. He abandoned me and went to dance with her. We maybe danced one dance together and then he took me home. While in the car, I asked him about the girl. I had no filter and just asked him if he liked her and he wouldn't say. It was kind of awkward.
Then I asked him about the car he was driving and he spoke for a bit and then sighed and asked me was I really interested or trying to make conversation. I said the latter, and then was quiet all the way home.
I never saw him again.

What a fine romance that was.

I’m sure you haven’t missed out on
Much.

yea it was a cheap date, we didn't even have a meal or any drink together. The girl could be starving and they guy doesn't even ask how she is or if she's hungry. lol
Oh well..that's life.

Some of the most fun dates I've had is when we go out for icecream or just try some crazy food. I remember one date, we went to this Indian? I think it was restaurant and I had no idea that you not supposed to eat the garlic condiment and so I started eating it and the guy just laughed at me. And then said I was the worst valentines ever. ??!

Or..even just going out with a girl -cos girls do that together you know, it's not a date, well it is, but not romantic just for fun hanging out. Anyway one time went to a restaurant with a girl from america and we had chips or something, and I started putting salt or pepper on them cos they didn't look like they had any seasoning on them, and she was horrified because apparently I was supposed to taste it first BEFORE I put the condiment on.

Tip, don't drink hot chocolate because it leaves a milk moustache. In a cafe have an acceptable grown up drink like...I don't know a latte...?
In a restaurant you need to order a glass of wine, even if you are allergic to alcohol. Because romance starts with a glass of wine right?
