let's just say i recently bought an xbox one for no other reason but to be able to play fallout 4.

I picked up the new Tomb Raider Tuesday, however I haven't had time to play...I am to busy with Halo 5 and then Battlefront next week....what to do???? AHHHH!!!!! I need a vacation to play video games all day for a week...but then my kids would not like me much.

I came to that thread about favourite video games way too late, but I noticed no one mentioned perhaps the best Diablo style game made.
Path of Exile.
It's legitimately free to download. There are in-game purchases, but no game advancing in-game purchases like most games. They're super awesome about that.
Exact style of game as Diablo 2, but the skill tree for character customisation is 100 time bigger... or even bigger. So many types of character per actual character! :)
Not kidding, super awesome if you love those sorts of grinding games (huh, ironically that's the production company's name - never noticed). It also has a giant online community if you want to play with people, or you go into the wilderness without a party you can do it alone.

Haha, Alright, enough fanboying for Path of Exile.

Oh its on my list, but fallout 4 and tomb raider have to take the front seat.
Saying that, Star Wars Battlefront 2 on the 360 was amazingly epic.
Sadface for choices and not enough time.

Saying that, we did take a day off any finish guardians over the day. It was...an amazing day :D
 
okay...I'm at work!!! So who picked up Battlefront??? I've played the BETA, but I want to PLAY NOW...however I wont be near home until after the store closes and can't pick up until tomorrow. Anyone playing and LOVING IT???

I literally know nothing about the new Fallout...Please tell me they took note from Elder Scrolls Online and made it an Open World multiplayer.....

why would anyone want to play fallout multiplayer?

you and 18,000 other vault dwellers all awake from hundreds of years of icy sleep to a world transformed by war into a nuclear wasteland and all fight over the same bottle of nuka-cola ...

IMO world of warcraft's example shouldn't ruin every franchise.

anyway, no. i'm too busy now to play it much until my holiday breaks, but a big change i've noticed right away is that crafting is hugely expanded to the point you can even craft settlements, and every single piece of junk in the game is usable as raw material. it's like there's an entire sims/minecraft game built in apart from what's probably a couple hundred hours worth of main storyline & sidequests. it's likely that i won't be playing any other games next year. and it's as single-player as single-player can possibly be.
