I've always thought Jesus is very very wise and smart (I guess that's a REALLy obvious statement lol). He's always been very logical; he takes big problems and breaks them down into simpler ones and gives out easy simple solutions.
So I think Jesus would just solve conflicts and problems in a logical way. He'd deffinetely use a fair and compassionate judgement.

He would pray, Lead, direct and give grace. Maybe even shed a few tears for the lost.

Psalm 126:5
They who sow in tears shall reap in joy and singing.

Jesus is joyful - let us be filled with His joy! Amen!
