What you gonna do if you have a vision for the church and when you are trying to do something to make that vision happened you just feel that no one understands you or even support you?. What would you do?

Well since that isn't currently happening to me at the moment, let me ask you....What would you do? Or what did you do? And then there is the what do we know ...not to do gig, but let's skip that for now... I feel my odds are better you have more recently been thru this than I is all.....smile.
Hypothetically I would talk to the senior Pastor, and share my concerns about the lack of support if you feel that way..I would pray about my concerns. If God is working thru you He will help your doors open too so you can rest in that thought and promise. If you have any difficulties with particular individuals take them one on one and be honest and kind and take ownership of your own feelings based on behaviors etc...the whole good conversation skills gig... and things will go smoother...and avoid Satan's back door attacks as well, and then pray more...so I'm dyeing to know the good vision, but if it is to save all the sinners visiting we are already trying that program...just saying..

After sharing with the pastor... pray to God and let Him touch the hearts of others if it is to be...and then it may not be for right now. Trust God with it.
