Lite dinner, hard boiled eggs, avocado, and imit crab mixed together w/Goddess dressing over organic green salad. Possibly pound cake w/jam for dessert.

Yesterday for dinner I had two croissants, both with Havarti cheese,
sliced beefsteak tomato, mayo, black pepper, and onion powder
.:D

They were super yummy!

I'm going to be trying Factor75 either today or tomorrow. In any case, it will be that or quinoa with bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, olive oil, and all of that nice and sauteed. One of my absolute favorite things to eat.

a big fat cheeseburger with onions, mushrooms, fries with gravy! how about this 1: "what's NOT for dinner"? i say that because i knew a guy with $60,000 in the bank back in the early 80's & he died of malnutrition!

I’m a guy that has to cook....it’s just me. So I cook or not eat. So I made a huge pasta salad with shrimp, fake crab meat and black olives. And mandarins oranges. Believe me, there’s enough for tomorrow as it’s always better the next day in the fridge
