I've been on Keto-esque diet for about a month. Tonight, scrambled eggs with sour cream, cheese, salsa, and avocado. Next week, weekdays I'll likely be having loaded radishes and ground beef and zucchini/vegetable soup.
That sounds delicious and nutritious.

Sounds so good. I have a few family members that were doing keto. So I guess the loaded radishes would be a substitute for loaded baked potatoes?

I keep making excuses to keep her longer.
As much as I'd like to make a pet out of her,
when she gets a little bit bigger, I should her go.
Here in Arkansas I think you're not supposed to let an animal Go after you tame it. Why would you need to let her go?

Yes, the radishes are not a bad substitute and especially if you like the loaded potato toppings, this is a great low carb alternative.

I also plan to eat loaded broccoli one of these days.

Glad you know about the Omega 6 oils.
Don't get me started. Lol. I'll keep us both up too late.
Well, I better call it a night.
If you have any good Thai curry recipes, I want to hear all about it sometime. I have a good substitute for my peanut problem now.

Yeah, I pan fried turnip roots when my brother was on keto and they were really good!

Remind me at lunch break or probably tomorrow evening I'll be back. It's a little complicated. I've been thinking about it a lot. It's just past my bed time. :. )

Avocados are so great right now .:D. For dinner, I had a small one sliced on
some Havarti cheese-topped ciabatta, with grape tomatoes on the side.
.:)

I didn't tame it yet. I have reserved unnecessary contact so she doesn't become too accustomed to people. I just want it to get to the stage where it can be released.
I just lost my last exotic pet that's been with me longer than any other. The Lord knows that I need encouragement and I think that is why the timing was now. That's the option if I decide to keep that precious gift.
There's a couple reasons why I think a more important choice is to release her instead.

"Prepare thy work without, and make it fit for thyself in the field; and afterwards build thine house."

Thank God the house is paid for.
I still have many responsibilities and sometimes feel guilty for spending too much time on here. Once my goals are realized, many people will be blessed. It will also help a family get through the hardships to come upon the world. There's much more work and time that will be required before I am able to open my store. The Lord has miraculously provided each step of the way up until now.

It's no secret that I like possums better than some people. Lol
The conflict is that I want to establish special people in my life before the likelihood of another world war. There's no way I plan on becoming dependent on the beast system that's obviously getting established quickly. To be independent from that will require a LOT of preparation/ blessing from God during this time we have left. I was reading Genesis 41 this morning and I was blown away by the reality of a similar situation occuring right NOW. These aren't the lean years yet, but they are approaching. None of us knows the date. However, IF we are going into WW3 soon, then the few short years before the Lord possibly returns, a pet should be the least of my concerns, however another responsibility when I already have more than most
.
A. Unfortunately, I can't travel more than a day or two with this kind of animal to care for. They tie you down and there's nobody who I now know who can take care of it while I'm gone.

B. There are two or three major projects that I wish to accomplish before I include anyone permanently in my life. I have to free myself from distractions so I can realize those goals. That will put us all in a strong position with the Lord's help. A pet requires a block of time that is at a premium.

I have a very important mission to accomplish before that day of the Lord. If I decide to include a family to assist in that mission, then I be better be busy and "about
my Father's business," as Jesus said. Other activities like travel and pets will have to wait for now. However, I can use the company of a little friend. The Lord knows that too.

Yes that's understandable! I know how it is to be tied down by pets and animals. I used to have goats I milked and sometimes had to get neighbors to take care of them if I went on a trip.

Yes you're very right about us being in the last days. Things take on a different perspective when we keep that in mind.

Pork chop and steamed spinach. The pork chop was pounded, breaded and fried.
