blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, home made cheese bogia's with onions, Saratoga chips & salad.
Hmm... now I can just picture your family eating pizza... Something like that?
It is going to be pizza for me tonight also. I almost always bake a pizza on Fridays.Ironically, it's pizza again tonight...
Only because we were gifted with some today, I don't have the freezer space for storing, and my kids got me sick thus I'd rather be sleeping than cooking/eating. Feed them = sleep for me![]()
spinach is a super big time food.Last night we had fish fingers, chips and spinach.
Not sure what's for dinner tomorrow, I may have to go shopping again as there's not much fresh veges left in the fridge and no meats. We could have tofu, but dad doesn't like tofu that much

(image curtesy of The Big Mans World )smoked salmon is exquisite, i buy it every week.Sweet potato fries with smoked salmon, yum yum!
aahhhh! broccoli, 1 of my favorites! & it looks cooked properly, a real green color!I wish I could post the photo but I'm having tech troubles (can't find my cord to take it from my phone to my laptop) but last night was this beef and broccoli recipe.
The sauce calls for soy sauce. I used this recipe for a much healthier home made soy sauce.
(1 batch soy sauce) + double the beef/broccoli sauce recipe. Added some thickener at the end of cooking time so it wouldn't be so "soupy" and served over a mixed veggies quinoa.
Very good, very filling, though next time I will increase the sauce to 4x (my family likes extra sauce and though I thought it made enough, the quinoa really absorbed it.)

What meat is that, it looks yummo.I picked up an Aldi calzone today. Normally I'd make my own, but these hot days aren't for heating up the house with a lot of cooking. Anyway, I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty it was. It's not homemade, of course, but a great choice for a quick treat meal on a hot day at the end of the week. I think that two people could easily have this for lunch (a half each) if you add a salad.
