honestly, probably a bologna sandwich with mustard or maybe I can find a can of beans to eat we are pretty low on money so...

But I consider the wise words- It is written: 'Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.'"

Baked sweet tater........ steamed broccoli and cauliflower with lots of butter and a dollop of Sour Cream on the broccoli and cauliflower.......coffee or sweet tea

Well I mean... Sometimes grave digging can be a bad thing, but in cases like this it's not so bad.

I'm not big on supper though. I can kill a breakfast, I usually do a moderate lunch, but mostly I skip supper altogether.

A while back, I planted some watermelon seeds toward the back fence. All I could see was vegetation, until I pulled some back and found a bed of watermelons. So easy to grow, I think I was using rabbit manure at the time.

congrats.

they are not that easy to grow...

Manure is so rich in soil nutrients, I’ve known my mother, when we would go to her parents farm, which in my lifetime wasn’t a working farm.
[I am struggling with sentence structure at 10:30 pm 😵‍💫]
On occasions, would take a big galvanized tub to the middle of the barn passageway and fill that tub with livestock manure for her flowerbeds.

Talking about easy to grow (hardy) I would think long and hard before planting Banana trees, cause they are hard to get rid of. I have tried digging them up and salting them, but never was successful.

I'm sorry... What? Did you say banana trees? Like... Trees that grow bananas?

Why on earth would you want to get RID of trees that make bananas?!

I like bananas a lot and this notion is foreign to my entire paradigm. I mean... Bananas are the best things trees ever invented!

Someone who would want to get rid of a banana tree... I mean... I just...

I don't think I can talk to you any more. :P

Never reached maturity...

That's like watching your favorite team play brilliantly for three quarters, then lose the game in the last five minutes.

Wrong climate?

And if you want to get rid of them, hose the leaves down with weed killer. I've tried cutting, I've tried salting, but only a weed killer bath (repeated as often as new leaves come out) would kill some stubborn little trees.
