I blew it ......I usually eat no meat, but once in a while I go off my normal eating plan. I just ate Wendy's baked potato and poured one of their small containers of chili on top. Yummy!

I needed protein after my work out, so had a low carb wrap with peanut butter in it and bananas and grilled it on my foreman grill (I ran out of bread today, so I had to improvise with the wrap!)
