This why we each personally need new birth, as talked about in John 3 to be born new in God Father's Spirit and Truth (As Father be the one and only one that does this), not anyone else. The same Spirit that led Jesus John 4:23-24
To see Romans 8:1-3. Therefore I saw to ask God personally, and agreed with God I need God's lead through me(not that I am perfect, God alone is) The same as Son did in his perfect flesh walk first, defeated Satan. Took away those keys Satan had in his resurrection. Then went to the disciples to straighten them out to go to Pentecost with Father leading in God's Spirit and Truth through them. They did that, Spoke the unknown language of those there that did not speak Hebrew. They heard God speak through them and turned to belief and were freed to do right, no more bouncing in and out, Born again happened and many got defeated by doubt, and that goers on right now every day here in this earth life.

He only said, if Adam ate, he would die. Never said he would kill him, just do not eat would be best for Adam, and Adam ate anyway, and all flesh today at first birth, born after Adam is born with the knowledge of good and evil. Man not understanding and mostly only choosing thier own way, not God's loving truth way. Therefore, wars and rumors of wars has been going on ever since.
And Mercy from God in love to us all has continued, even after Christ the way, the truth and new life offered for us all to choose to believe God and be new and learn new from mistakes made after is still being stopped in flesh, People not seen ng Romans 6:1-12 moving forward to Chapters 7, 8 to just stand in belief to god, God knows best for me personally and will teach me new if I will continue ue to be willing. to listen and learn from every mistake and even those I do right now. Never taking any credit to myself in doing right for me at least

Hebrews 8:1-4, God lives in us to teach us what Love and mercy given us is, /then one does that for all the religions and non-religionists too, loves all in the same mercy and truth given you first by God for you, at least me

Angels who kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation - rejected God's love and lost their faith in God. These are demons living in fear they know their time is near.
Choose Life or death this is not between you or me and anyone else. /It is between God and and each person personally
