When did the anti-Israel stance start from the right?

i have not interacted with him in a long time, but when i did, he had the beliefs i stated above.
I do like him for the person that he seems to put forth that he is. I believe that he is honest and sincere in his efforts to help other folks understand the true reality concerning modern Israel. Yes, he looses patience at times. But heck - after showing folks the same things so many times (very patiently for the most part), and no one seems to want to even consider it - it is understandable if his apparent attitude "slips" a little every now and then. I am not saying that it is okay so much as that it is understandable.

i have interacted with yahshua several times over the years, and with that past experience i can tell you that he does not believe in the New Covenant, he thinks there is a renewed covenant, and that one has to keep the Sabbath to be saved.

he is hebrew roots. i won't take the time to go into all the beliefs they have, but they are what Paul called " judaizers".

Ahhhh! Thank you for filling me in!! This chasing the tail posts now make sense. Got it!!

My question is - makes what point exactly?

I do not think that anyone - including @Yahshua - disagrees with you about 'what' God said He would do - the critical question is 'when'.

I gave those posts because Josh said "God did not say that", I proved God did indeed say that, to which he called me a liar and I asked him to point to where I lied. He believes somehow God's promises jumped to the Palestinian people, Arabs, and not to the Jews at all. And so Romans 11 has to be repeated to disprove his POV.

Nowhere in the above list of verses does it indicate the 'when' - only the 'what'. Therefore, if you want to convince anyone that these verses are being fulfilled today, you need to post verses that also indicate the 'when' - and/or, show how it is tied into the actual facts about the events of history up to today.

The argument isn't when, Josh doesn't believe it will happen at all.

Likewise, Romans 11 does not [specifically] indicate the 'when' - only the 'what'.
You need to search the scriptures for the 'when'. Then, see whether or not that matches up to today. ;)

When is not the issue with him. You need to carefully read again his posts.

"I do not need to - I believe Yahshua has been trying to do that - over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over - for several months now..."

:coffee:

Then you need to read his posts again. Israel is the nation born in a day that the Bible speaks of. Jews have been coming back to the land just as the Bible says. The dry bones are coming to life. The Bible said the desert will bloom again. If you don't see that as a prophecy fulfilled today, you're looking with your eyes closed as my mother would say.

I believe that he is honest and sincere

And a person can be sincerely wrong.

Yes, he looses patience at times. But heck - after showing folks the same things so many times (very patiently for the most part), and no one seems to want to even consider it - it is understandable

I seem to have to keep reminding people that this is a discussion forum. Josh isn't a Biblical scholar, he's not an archaeologist or expert on this topic or anything in the middle east . And even those who are experts can have different opinions on certain things. He doesn't have a special link with God. There is more than one POV on many of these subjects. If I called your POV drivel and a mess, would you consider that being respectful and Christlike? No, you wouldn't. This is a discussion forum, this is not Josh is teaching/lecturing time. He has no more knowledge or right than anyone else has here to talk. If discussion causes you to be nasty, maybe stay off forums and share you POV with your buds in your life.

Now folks,

please let me take an example.
I am heterophile, always falling in love with women ( and; sorrily, often with depressionous results ).
So that's my way in life.

But, I have friends here in Oslo, Norway, that do not quite feel like this.
I have friends that are homophile; they are even married with their partners ! Think about that!

Now folks, please forget what bearded men wrote some 2000 years ago. Think for yourself.
You can think for yourself, cannot you ???

So is there anything wrong or bad with my homo friends who are living together and being marrried?
If you think that is a bad way of living, I really want to hear your arguments.

And please forget the bearded men 2000 years ago. Think for yourself, if you can.

This is a post for another thread I think.
