When do you believe sin is destroyed by Jesus once and for all and are we all appointed when we will die once?

Hebrews 9:26-28
26 For then he ought to have suffered often from the beginning of the world: but now once at the end of ages, he hath appeared for the destruction of sin, by the sacrifice of himself. 27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, and after this the judgment. 28 So also Christ was offered once to exhaust the sins of many; the second time he shall appear without sin to them that expect him unto salvation.

Luke 2:35
35 And thy own soul a sword shall pierce, that, out of many hearts, thoughts may be revealed.

Since the wages of sin is death, and death is the last enemy to be destroyed, and Jesus has already
overcome sin and death, it yet remains for us at the time of judgment at the end of this age for us
to put on immortality, though as believers we are already seated with Christ in the heavenly realms.

If you sit a test on exam day and fail, you are judged and suffer the consequencesand cannot immediately re-sit. But a gracious administration will allow you to sit another test after a period of time, maybe the following year.

The character of God revealed in the cross is of one who desires just reconciliation with His rebellious creatures. at any cost to Himself. The Greek and Hebrew terms translated as forever are built upon the worda aiOn (Greek) and 'olam (Hebrew), i.e. an eon/age/season/, and do not by default always mean "endless/without end", which is what the greek word "aidios". means. So, God's judgment, though immediately appointing to either the kingdom of God or hell, is not necessarily a permanent destination. but for periods of time that the Greek Received Text variously, in different contexts, expresses as "into an age," "into the age to come", "into ages", "into an age of ages" or "into the ages of the ages".

In other words, Hebrews 9:26-28 does not state that there is no later opportunities for review of one's sentence based on one's response to the consequences of failing the first judgment. The bible almost exclusivel;y focuses on men's destination in the age to come. It reveals very little about the nature of the ages that will follow that coming age. Eph, 2:7
