When you stop speaking, then the Spirit can Start. Some people begin in the Spirit, but by the time they have finished, they are in the flesh. Why? It is because they have not completely yielded to the Holy Spirit. This type of behavior is not acceptable. When you start glorifying yourself, then you have stopped glorifying Jesus Christ. I have seen this many times, and have heard it. People are ready to accept salvation, and then the minister keeps going on with organized sermon and then it turns into condemnation rather than edification. People think the should add to the Word of God to make it more presentable.
I don't care to present myself to you. I care to present the message of the Lord, and to see people receive that message, and be saved.
So, I tell you right now. Beware the leaven of the hypocritical people, they only wait to devour your soul with words, but the don't have any deeds to back them up. Watch out for doubting people, who don't know the power of God so they seek mediums and warlock. They are rebellious people, and always err from the Truth. Their eyes are never full of observing evil. They say they know God, and obey him, but they dishonor their parents. Beware of them, their hearts are graves, and their appearance is good.
Who can add to something that is already complete? He can only take away from it.
