k, ..never heard of raclette cheese either, but then again, I've never looked for it :p
 
no, I just use plain "white cheese", we norwegians are very boring when it comes to cheese :p
 
hehe :D it has a very sharp taste, so I'm not too fond of it, and it's soft, so it kinda melts.... very strange thing :p
but it is superyummy to have as a "something extra" in cooking
 
yup
the kind they make at farms (for private sale) is usually darker and better, but not as easy to get hold of :p
 
So I've heard. I better get hold of some proper cheese then

hm, mine eats anything, so it's hard to judge by him, but I think most of them do
 
Cool, is that cheese? Edam is a small town just north of Amsterdam (near Volendam)
