Wherein is our focus?
The light of the body is the eye. Therefore when our eye is sound, our whole body also is full of light. But when our eye is evil, our body also is full of darkness. Therefore, let’s take heed that the light in us is not darkness. Therefore if our whole body is full of light, having no part dark, the whole shall be full of light, as when the shining of a lamp enlightens us (Luke 11.34-36).
As, when someone lit a lamp, he puts it on a place where it can impart light to everyone (Luke 11.33), when Jesus grants us good eyes, He wish that our light shine before men so that they may see our good works and glorify our Father who is in Heaven (Matthew 5.16).
So, we don’t have the right of covering our lamp so as shut unworthy people out. Let alone avert our eyes after someone who is a delight for our heart. After all, for by means of a harlot a man comes to a piece of bread; and another man's wife will hunt for the precious life (Proverbs 6.26).
Furthermore, our mission in Christ is very precious. We can’t ditch this as if was a picayune thing.
