Just so I am clearly understanding the KJV only folks.....God spoke all there is into existence but you don't think He is able to keep His message pure through different translations of His Word....really?? I also prefer the KJV but I also am attempting to learn some greek. That said whether I call Him Jesus, Yeshua, Lord or King, He knows who I am talking /praying to no matter what language I am speaking.

gee...I was saved when I was just 5...and I received a children's illustrated Bible...and it sure wasn't the King James!
funny thing though, same stories.....just readable for a child

A interlinear bible can be useful for sure.
That's ok for a child. I want more than just stories though. I want the meat of the word, doctrine.

Is God's one and only son the same as the only begotten son? It's not, how can both of those versions be the pure message of God? They can't be. God's word has the same character as God, it's perfect.

God does not have a name as you or I needed to tell each other apart as people name names today.
All of the names given from God speak of his invisible attributes as His authority .The name Jehovah like the name Jesus speaks of God our one savior.
