Normally I would say 1 thirty minute break, but if it's a hard day I would take 2 fifteen minute breaks just to walk away from the chaos.


Going to a movie or ordering one at home (Pay Per View/Netflix or Redbox).

If I'm forced to drink coffee, it has to have a lot of cream and sugar to get that bitterness out of the coffee.
