would it be harder for you to kiss someone you don't know at all and will probably never see again? or to kiss someone you know who is a friend who you will likely see all the time for a very long time?

for me i think it's easier to kiss a stranger- barring the whole threat of orally transmitted STD's and whatnot.
(i've never done either. i only suppose it would be easier)

what do you think, and feel free to ask a 'which would be harder' question

Is there a "Would you rather..." game going on anywhere in CC? That's a fun game. That's what this thread title reminded me of is that game. :D

( But I couldn't do either of those things, ever. :p )

Both.

I think kissing should be part of an intimate, exclusive relationship. I'm reserved with touch, though it's more that I'm reserved with people I don't know. So kissing a stranger, even if I'd never see them again, sounds horrible to me. Kissing a friend sounds horrible too because it sounds like it'd have no meaning, and it'd probably be leading the friend on, it would just be awkward, etc.

I feel like such a killjoy, and I apologize for that ijustwantthetruth, I guess just relationship-y things I don't like picking because that's too intimate an area for me to just pick one willy-nilly. I don't know if that makes sense. Probably because I think about it too much as if I really had to make a decision. :o

I can't imagine kissing a stranger. That would be really weird for me. A kiss is too special for that.

ok. then which would be harder for you. to eat your least favorite food? or to face your worst fear?

To eat my least favorite food. At least you can gulp it down with water. :p

Which would be harder for you? Living in a house with no heat? Or living in a house with no air conditioning? (Answer will definitely vary, depending on where you live.)

I have quite a number of friends who are girls and I have absolutely no problem kissing them or giving them a hug when I am departing from them and may not see them for a time, it is just natural to do so and as they are 'friends' there is absolutely nothing sexual in it!

As regards kissing a stranger, well haven't done that for some time, used to do it at different times before I was saved and that not in a friend sense, however, if the occasion arose now I wouldn't have any problems with that, once again it would be done in the same sense as I would with my female friends...

xx (a couple of kisses for my female friends)...lol

Yahweh Shalom...

My greatest fear is outliving my son, so I can't even begin to think about that.

Dang!

Oh, well... :(

Wait a minute.

What if we should happen to consider ourselves to not be strangers if we should ever meet 'in person'?

:D

;)

( I just feel good about the fact that I beat everyone else to the punch on this one... hahaha --- Jullianna - love 'ya honey... )

:)

This reply may be inappropriate, but since I've already posted on Facebook that I took a pregnancy test today, why not answer this question?

I think it would depend on the kiss. If you're talking about kissing someone's cheek, hand, or forehead, it's not that big of a deal. If you're talking about kissing someone on the mouth, that's different. And I'm assuming for a female they would be kissing a male, true? Although, I'd kiss a female on the cheek or hand. But now I have started to consider germs and all that. According to my current lab instructor, once I get to microbiology my house will smell like bleach all the time.

I have a several questions because 1) it matters, 2) that's part of the medical training, and 3) it's more entertaining this way. So, OP, please clarify. :)

I wouldn't do either of them, partly because I have no experience but more so for the reasons Rachel has already listed. As for least favourite food or worst fear? I would find it more difficult to face my worst fear.

Say whaaaat??

Yeah, I took a pregnancy test in my lab class today. Not because I thought I needed one, but because my instructor needed a volunteer. People in class were excited because they thought I might be pregnant. Even after I said that there was no possibility of it.

One girl was all, "You never know." Um... yeah, I do.

And I had to stop myself from asking why she thought I wouldn't know if I was pregnant or not. Then I wanted to recommend that she not go into the medical profession.

So how did you know? Come on don't leave us all in the dark.

That would have been hilarious if it came back positive in front of the whole class lol. Those things are 99.998% accurate, there is bound to be one positive-negative mistake. Oh man, the timing of it!!! Or as a practical joke, have a positive one. 'So class, it looks like Aimee is pregnant' *proceeded by slow awkward clapping* teehee.
