Who are "they" or the people in 1 Thess 5:3

THEY and THEM in verses 1Th 5:1-11 is referencing those of the night and darkness (unbelievers)
The noun Brethren and the pro-nouns... you, ye, we, yourselves, us …is referencing the born-again believers.

Paul is speaking of those who deny Jesus as the promised Mesiah. Unbelievers.

I agree it is made plain who "they" are if one reads the entire Chapter.
