Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed? This is the question which God is asking through Isaiah in Isaiah 53. Of the billions of people on this planet, only a very small fraction has believed the record which God has given to mankind regarding His Son. As to whom the arm of the LORD has been revealed, that is even a smaller number, since too many Christians have not fully grasped what Christ has accomplished at Calvary. So when we take Isaiah 53 and regroup the verses to see the pattern that God has presented, here is what we find:

THE REASON FOR THE SUFFERINGS AND DEATH OF THE SAVIOR
All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.

THE OUTWARD APPEARANCE OF THE SAVIOR
For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him.

THE REJECTION OF THE SAVIOR
He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.

THE OPPRESSION OF THE SAVIOR
He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth. He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken.

THE PUNISHMENT OF THE SAVIOR
Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand.

THE DEATH OF THE SAVIOR
And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth.

THE REWARD OF THE SAVIOR
He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities. Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.

No one other than the Lord Jesus Christ could have endured what God the Father placed upon Him. No one else could become the Lamb of God who took away the sin of the world. Therefore God has highly exalted Him, and given Him a name which is above every name. That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Of the billions of people on this planet, only a very small fraction has
believed the record which God has given to mankind regarding His Son.
The number of Christians around the world has nearly quadrupled in the last 100 years, from about
600 million in 1910 to more than 2 billion in 2010. But the world’s overall population also has risen
rapidly, from an estimated 1.8 billion in 1910 to 6.9 billion in 2010. As a result, Christians make up
about the same portion of the world’s population today (32%) as they did a century ago (35%),
representing nearly a third of the estimated 2010 global population of 6.9 billion.

Yes, we need to distinguish between them. That is why the numbers may not reflect the reality. In any event this message needs to go out in even more power today.

Yeah ..ticking Christian on the census isn't a personal relationship with Jesus.

Some Roman Catholics tick Christian on the census... So would some others who don't actually believe in Jesus.

True believers I'd think would be more like 5 percent.

An educated guess based on what?
Taking out people who just tick Christian in the box.. takes a whole lot of the 32 percent down. But it is just a guess. Im probably wrong .

hats the point. In germany are around 2,4% out of the so called name Christians born again.
Almost 70 Percent of "Born-Again" Christians Say Jesus Christ Isn't the Only Way to God, Study Shows
https://www.christianheadlines.com/...ist-isnt-the-only-way-to-god-study-shows.html

The title of that article did NOT have born again in quotation marks, when that was necessary. So only about 30% of genuine Christians believe the Gospel. That more or less corresponds to the Parable of the Sower (25%). And if the total of born again Christians is only 5% of all "professing" Christians, then we do have a problem. So Christ truly said "Strait (narrow) is the gate and narrow is the way... and few there be which find it".

Then I can not believe that they are born again. If someone has the Holy Spirit, how He can deney it?

Romans 10
16 But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report?
17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
18 But I say, Have they not heard? Yes verily, their sound went into all the earth, and their words unto the ends of the world.
