Michelangelo was my favorite ninja turtle when I was a child because he was the wild and funny one. He always was obsessed with pizza and skateboarded which I never really was good at skateboarding but I hung out with a lot of skateboarders growing up and usually filmed them skateboarding.

We finally have a Michelangelo fan!! This is what we've been waiting for! I've actually been shocked that no one else has mentioned Mikey, either.

That poor kid that dressed as Donatello at your party, lol -- I wonder if he regretted going!

I couldn't get past the unimaginative intro, "Thunder, Thunder, Thunder, Thundercats!" I mean, come on, the main character was... LionO?!

And Tigra, Panthro, Lynxo, Cheetara... Not the most imaginative script writers in hollywood. They obviously just whipped up yet another cartoon to generate more toy sales.

Not the best voice actors either...

I think it was a grown adult in a Donatello outfit. We paid for him to come cause I was so into ninja turtles at the time.

It was kinda like ordering a clown to a birthday party or Mickey and Minnie Mouse.

I think Minnie Mouse came for my sisters birthday party.

Or maybe I had Mickey Mouse come to a different birthday party. I don’t remember but i think we have pictures.

The sword was either powerful or powerless, depending on what the script needed. One time he used the beam from the hilt to push a stupid button in a room he couldn't squeeze into.

Sometimes they would just be chilling out in space. No helmets, no air supply of any kind. Just hanging out. Even talking to each other, in vacuum.

In the first episode they were all nude. Even the girls. "Well they have fur, so that's okay, right?" Sure, but halfway through the first episode they all put on clothing.

All valid points....

...but the theme song, logo, and rallying cry were some of the best of all 80's cartoons.
 
I loved the blue ninja turtle. He was the smart one who took the master seriously. I think he was the leader of the turtles. Or was it the purple one. The red was always angry and serious, the orange was te opposite.
