And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. If God told them to replenish ..that means the earth was full of beings before them, Replenish= repopulate Let's hear your thoughts Genesis 1:28
Simiel, greetings.
Let me urge you to take a few hours of a few days & learn the Greek & Hebrew fonts. I say fonts because Greek & Hebrew basically have mostly the same alphabet that English has, though the shapes of the letters can be as different as a cursive f is from a printed f.
With Greek, a great number of the letters are virtually the same even in shape as English letters. A is A. E is E, etc., though the spoken names of the letters are a bit different.
With Hebrew the letter shapes are even more different, but it is no big task to learn to write out the Hebrew alphabet. Probably you can memorize it in 2 hours.
So after you learn the letters and what sounds they make, you can then use Greek & Hebrew lexicons, which can be a big step above Strong's.
Then you get you an interlinear translation or access it free at Biblehub.com. Learn to look up words in Greek & Hebrew, as English words in English versions often do not have the precise meaning of the original (though generally they are close enough for reading).
You might invest in a simple edition of a Bible computer program which will let you click on a Hebrew or Greek word & bring up the lexicon definition. I think you can do this for $100.
That will save you from posting replenish = repopulate.
I don't know of any Bible evidence for any pre-Adamic race of humanoids on earth. Man is a race descended from Adam.
I don't know whether or not the angels did things on earth before earth was made for man. Some may think so from reading Ezekiel 28 & Isaiah 14, which they take to refer to satan. If satan is the subject, when was he in Eden?
