No, only what you are. Nothing to do with truth but if a trinity helps you stay on the "straight and narrow" then I'm all for it.True Christians are Trinitarian.

Nothing here mentions a trinity.Saved by The Trinity
Example #1:
Because if you confess the Lord Jesus with your mouth, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.(Romans 10.9)
Who raised Jesus from the dead?
· God the Father… Acts 3.26; Eph 1.15-20; Gal 1.1; 1 Thes 1.9-10
· God the Son…John 2.19-22; 10.17-18; Romans 6.4
· God the Spirit…Romans 8.11; 1 Peter 3.18
· The Trinity…Romans 10.9; Peter 1.20-21; Hebrews 13.20-21; 1 Cor 6.14; Col 2.11-12; Acts 2.23-24; 2.32; 3.14-15; 13.30-37
Thus…you will be saved if you believe in The Triune God, as revealed in scripture.
Simple, Biblical truth.
Again if a trinity keeps him or you on the straight and narrow, then I'm all for it. I condemn you not. The problem comes in condemning me for not placing faith into it as well. All things are pure for those who eat with pureness of heart, but evil if one eats with offense.Romans 14:23 (YLT)
[SUP]23 [/SUP] and he who is making a difference, if he may eat, hath been condemned, because it is not of faith; and all that is not of faith is sin.

So you don't believe Jesus is God the Son, equal with God the Father?three individual persons = three individual Gods= three Gods not one God....let us suppose your three Gods decided to each go on a mission that would leave the one being of God they came from....so the way I see it you have four Gods
And in those denominations none have crucified the flesh, think as a dead man, are totally at the mercy of God and see all men the same? How many denominations are in Christianity again? That is the world.Elin said:If you claim to be a Christian, you are a label.
What does the world bundle together and call Christian, and
what would be new?
I am called a Christian by the true meaning.
I have crucified the flesh. I think as a dead man, meaning I am totally at the mercy of God and see all men the same.
This is a good question...
It was the Word who took flesh upon Himself and became the man we know as Jesus.
Those who doubt the divinity of Jesus, who was the Word in flesh, What does it say concerning the Word in John 1:1? Who does it say made all things in John 1:3? Who does it say in the Old Testament is our Savior? Answer is: Jesus (God amongst us) Christ (Savior)........
So you don't believe Jesus is God the Son, equal with God the Father?
Revelatory Rule #1: Divine revelation of the Infinite is not subject to finite human reasoning.

How is thinking as a dead man and seeing all the same being self righteous? I see all men saved, leaning not on my own understanding but God's.And in those denominations none have crucified the flesh, think as a dead man, are totally at the mercy of God and see all men the same?
That's not new, that's lot of self-righteousness.
So again, what would be new?
The NT disagress with you, starting with the testimony of the Jews, who were much closer to the situation than you are.Elin, I know what I was taught by man that Jesus is equal to God. As a man filled with the Holy Spirit I know that God is all powerful and anything that is not God is not equal to God.
Jesus is not God, Jesus is the son of God. This is simple to figure out. Jesus taught us to pray in his name and he would take it to his father and if it is his will it will be done. 1 John 5:14 And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us. His in this scripture is referring to God.
Jesus cannot be equal to God, nor can the Holy Spirit be.
In reality Jesus and the Holy Spirit are the messengers for God. The Bible is kind of confusing because it states that Jesus says ask anything and he will do it in some scriptures. This would lead you to believe Jesus does not need God's permission. Even Jesus ask God, "My God, my God, why has thou forsaken me"
Is the Son equal to his father? No,
Nope. . .not a humanly devised rule. You are discounting plain statements with a humanly devised rule...Elin said:So you don't believe Jesus is God the Son, equal with God the Father?

Non-responsive.How is thinking as a dead man and seeing all the same being self righteous? Do you see all men saved as well? Probably not leaning on your own understanding.
Nothing here mentions a trinity.
The NT disagress with you, starting with the testimony of the Jews, who were much closer to the situation than you are.
The eye witnesses who were there testify against you.
" 'You are not yet 50 years old,' the Jews said to him, 'and you have seen Abraham!'
'I, the faithful and true witness, tell you,' Jesus answered, 'before Abraham was born, I am!'
At this they picked up stones to stone him." (Jn 8:57-59).
" 'I and the Father are one.'
Again the Jews picked up stones to stone him. But Jesus said to them,
'I have shown you many great miracles from the Father. For which of these
do you stone me?'
'We are not stoning you for any of these' replied the Jews, 'but for blasphemy,
because you a mere man claim to be God.' " (Jn 10:30-33)
When Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralytic, 'Son your sins are forgiven.' "
Now some teachers of the law were sitting there thinking to themselves. . .'He's blaspheming!
Who can forgive sins but God alone?'
. . .and he said to them. . .'Which is easier: to say to the paralytic, "Your sins are forgiven,"
or to say, "Get up, take your mat and walk"?
But that you may know the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sin. . .' "(Mk 2:5-10)
"For this reason the Jews tried all the harder to kill him: not only was he breaking the Sabbath,
but he was even calling God his own Father, making himself equal with God." (Jn 5:18)
"The Jews insisted, 'We have a law, and according to that law he must die, because
he claimed to be the Son of God.' "
The Jews were eye witnesses, you weren't.
The Jews knew the context and understood exactly what Jesus was saying.
You were neither.
And so they had him killed because "he made himself equal with God"
and "claimed to be God."
The "boots on the ground" testify against you.
And the NT likewise disagrees with you in the testimony of Jesus to the triune God.
God the Father is a person (he).
God the Son is a person (he).
God the Holy Spirit is a person (he, him)--Jn 14:17 (5 times), 16:13-14 (7 times).
Three persons in one being of God, who are bracketed together in the one name of the triune God:
"Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name (singular)
of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit." (Jn 28:19)
Your problem is not lack of Biblical testimony. . .your problem is lack of belief.
Ya' think?Be nice now. For the Jews to have been eye witnesses to the life of Jesus they sure lacked belief.Elin said:The NT disagress with you, starting with the testimony of the Jews, who were much closer to the situation than you are.

The NT presents it differently. They killed Jesus for claiming to be the son of God, the Messiah. Living according to what Jesus taught was a threat to their lifestyle, Slaves, money, power and selfishness.
