I’d love to ask for your recommendations on Sunday School materials for kids ages 11-12. What materials or resources do you use that are available for free download online or through Google?

I was led to Christ by a Baptist.
Although I was sceptical about his explanation of salvation, having been raised Catholic, he gave me a list of verses and asked me to look them up before bedtime. When I did, I read the context of those verses and ask God to help me know His opinion because I did not want just another man's opinion.
The Lord emphasized that my trust should just be in Jesus. a I was wrong by mixing grace and works and needed to decide who exactly I was going to trust to save me.
8For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9Not of works, lest any man should boast.
Ephesians 2
He helped me understand that everlasting life was a gift that Christ paid for in full. I was offered that which is everlasting and not temporary until I sin or didn't live up to a standard like the false pastors/priests taught.
11And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. 12He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. 13These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.

These are 2 foundations of Bible Christianity.
After a time of growth and preparation, I was honored to teach all ages 1st grade through senior citizen. Briefly, this is what I have seen with Sunday School materials.
Some churches use a generic Evangelical publisher that sells their materials to any denominational church that will buy them. The problem is that the generic interdenominational doctrines are watered down so they can appeal to such a wide audience. Eventually you will find false doctrines.
Some Pastors copy and distribute the Sunday school handouts they saved from Bible college. I never found printed materials from strangers I don't even know if much benefit.
Teachers tend to get lazy and depend upon the publication to do the teaching instead of their own daily studies. Good teachers who are mature enough, doctrinally grounded and have their personal daily devotional with nothing but the Bible and the Holy Spirit to teach them is not common.
My favorite way is to have believing parents teach their children at home as often as they choose. This requires that the father lead his own family. The parents have the responsibility to have their own walk with the Lord to the degree of becoming teachers. There are many Bible commands about this. It doesn't teach for or against a Sunday school program: However it lists many commands for parents and especially fathers of their own children to train and teach them the Word of God.
Their pastor should be leading too, but once or twice a week for an hour is it enough. The world raises the children in public schools 8 hours per day and 5 days per week in America. The culture is a reflection of that.
Perhaps it is the same there?
