Why and how to procure Jesus’ grace?
• “He that diligently seeketh good procureth favour: but he that seeketh mischief, it shall come unto him.” (Proverbs 11:27)
As you can see, only those who diligently seek good will find favor (grace). The reason is simple: in order to be able to help many people, the person will need assistance. After all, nobody has sufficient resources to help so many people.
When someone really ache for helping someone else, they will do everything in their reaching to sort out their problems. In other words, they’ll seek to go beyond their limits (Hc 3.19).
See: it is not a question of doing an act of charity to relieve the consciousness or to commercialize blessings with Jesus. This implies on esteeming the others superior to themselves (Phil 2:3), that is to say, to recognize the value of someone for their salvation and, above all, have others as part of themselves.
Only those in whom this is reality are able to make so effort and don't conform in seeing the others being belittled or defeated.
So, let's give room so that Jesus can impute in us His members (Rom 12:5) and we can come boldly unto the throne of *grace*, that we may obtain *mercy*, and find *grace* to help in time of need (Hebrews 4:16).
See: the throne is of the grace (and not of the condemnation against our enemies), Our aim is to get mercy (and not judgment); we need to find grace so that we can be useful when people are needy ( and not to free us from the disturbs that we are reaping, making us free to sin still more).
