Why cant i get into chat?

I'm using mozilla firefox.....i clicked on the alternate link but i still cant get into the chatroom. i can only see the forum but when i click on the link it does not load???

Mmm I'm not sure.

I use google chrome. Maybe just clear all your cookies, come back and try again?
 
when you click the link do you get the popup window? if not check to make sure there is not a little bar at the top telling you that firefox has blocked the popup, you would have to allow it. If you are getting the popup window but the chat is not loading you will need to go to adobe.com and upgrade your flash player.
