Matthew 18:18-19 ....
"Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. 19"Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven.
Now where in those Scripture can I find ANYTHING that has to do with PHYSICAL HEALING?????????
Those Scriptures are all about praying.
Binding and Loosening means AGREEING!
Now allow me to LEARN you something..........James 5:14-17..........
"Is any among you afflicted? let him pray. Is any merry? let him sing psalms. Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much."

I had a lady get cured of cancer ..stage 4... By simply speaking a word over her.
Read the word.
It destroys internet doctrines .
Your stand is over your conjecture.
The authority you and i have is on the basis of the word.
Faith builds.

You failed to include that both Stephan and Philip operated under the sign gigts of the Aposles. ONLY those men had those SIGN GIFTS and they were in operation during the lives of those Apostles. By the time the canon of Scriptures were completed and established the credentials of a true Apostle of God was then through the Word of God rather than the SIGN Gifts of the Apostles.
I was speaking of a cult called the way international and now that I think of it, I have heard WOF use that line.

Paul had the thorn in the flesh problem that history tells us was his eyes.
1 Timothy 5:23
Do not drink water only, but take a little wine to help your digestion, since you are sick so often.

He also declared that the Galatians would have plucked out their own eyes and given them to him (Galatians 4:13-15). Some have suggested that this may have been a chronic eye disease or an injury suffered when he was stoned in Lystra (Acts 14:19,20).
