Even the science you say you trust tells us of the terrible mistakes it makes. It is through science that man has decided to change all foods, and that science tells us that processed foods are bad for our health. God's way is never bad for our health unless it is used to be judgmental and unkind, and the bible that explains God's way tells us that is not God's way.
This science you say is so trustworthy agrees that stress is the cause of much illness. God's way is to be without stress. The best your science does about stress is to advise sitting and emptying you mind even if you have to say hmmmmmmmmm repeatedly to do it.
