Why does god communicate through word play, synchronicity and poetic justice?
God interacts with people in the way most effective in their individual case. A knowledge of THE BIBLE is central to anybody who aims to be a functional Christian. IGNOPRANCE of the Bible render one "Fair game" for deception. I'vr been a Christian now for 60 years. and have no complaints regarding God's ability and willingness to communicate. COuld be you'r listening to the wrong "god".

Planet,

You don't understand God has been so merciful to us. He gave his only son Jesus for our sins. All we need to do is believe on him and be saved.
It's not much that he asked in return that we love God also to fear him and to keep his commandments which is to love you neighbor as yourself. Seek his face. And hide our eyes from violence.

Our father isn't unfair. To those that sin he punishes them and to those that repents he rewards.

Just a guess, I'm still trying to figure this guy out.
Indeed. There truly is no being like Him! I'm glad that we have an eternity before us to continue to get to know Him (because anything less than that would not be enough time) :)

What would do you think the meaning of life is? I believe the meaning of life is playing a part in god's big orchestra? You never think that we are here for his entertainment purposes?
I know that along with being loving, merciful and gracious, God must have a VERY great sense of humor too (and no one would need look any farther than me to figure that out :)). That said, I believe that He has greater things in mind for us, especially on this side of the grave.

As far as the meaning of life goes, I always like to start with the concise definition that the Westminster Shorter Catechism gives us in Q & A #1. See below.

~Deuteronomy (David)
Q. 1. What is the chief end of man?
A. Man’s chief end is to glorify God, and to enjoy Him forever.

That is very scary considering not all of us are made for reading the bible, but somehow I agree with you though as I believe god is a matter of fact. In an extreme case, what happens if you are illiterate and cannot read a book, let alone a cryptic book? The very nature of that statement gives credence to god being dangerous.

Planet, So the real question is what sin is holding you back? what sin is it that you love more then God and his eternal blessings?
Hands down, Lust for life. I'm not talking about Sky diving or Bungie Jumping, I'm talking about taking full advantage of my talents and getting the most out of life.

What if understanding is a matter of revelation?

James 4~ God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble. Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you. Humble yourselves before the Lord, and He will exalt you.

My mom thinks you have an addiction to pornography. Because every good thing comes from God. You would rather be like esau have your porridge now and give up your inheritance? You live 70 years if your lucky then an eternity in hell.

Why does god pick and choose who to smitten, who to corrupt while those with equal or greater sin lets them go about their life in the usual oblivious way? So childish and demonstrative way to reveal himself.
One attribute of the true God of the Bible is His righteousness. He has been slandered and misrepresented by many, but it doesn't change the truth of His perfect integrity. Did you know that there are actually college courses and YouTube channels devoted to undermining God's integrity?

Some are disciplined as His children.
Others who are not His children seem to get away with murder. That is usually a reflection upon the wicked world that lives their own and refuses to carry out God's will.

For example, That's why a mass murderers like Anthony Fauci can lead a movement to inject the entire population with poisons while being exalted to the highest position of power, the power to murder by lethal injection and to suffocate. He cannot possibly face justice for his crimes. There is no punishment fitting enough on earth. However, there is a punishment within the earth where he will be brought down below the mantle. God has reserved His justice for a later time for him. He rejected the only way to the just Father, His Only begotten Son.....Jesus Christ.
It's a choice that some have been offered mercy, as you are offered, friend.
