Why is a vitamin in short supply in the US and what does that have to do with Cancer?

Could vitamin B-17 really be the cure to cancer all along? Not B-12, not B6, niacin, nor Riboflavin, but something called laetrile which is a vitamin in very short supply in the West. I believe so as well as people from all around the world. Just type in "A world without cancer" in google.

Tell me what you think.
 
Why are you getting medical information from a website that is selling supplements?
