Romans 8
7.For the mind that is set on the flesh is hostile to God, for it does not submit to God's law; indeed, it cannot.
yes if it is set on the flesh it cannot but often times those seeking to be saved are not set on the flesh they are lacking something in their life or for me personally I was brought to my lowest point.

But Jesus even said for whoever would come after him that is a purposely action
he said whoever then would then come then after

Amen

Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you…….

Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.”
‭‭James‬ ‭4:8, 10‬ ‭

Look what position we would be in if we didn’t act

“Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility:

for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble. Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time: casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.

Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.”
‭‭1 Peter‬ ‭5:5-9‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Faith in action is our battle plan

Jesus also said no one comes to him but the Father leads them. And the only way that person then understands the things of God is if God lets them. Because otherwise their fallen mind and sinful nature cannot understand. And we stay what way until God chooses to intervene.

Hear, be persuaded, believe

And a certain woman, by name Lydia, a seller of purple of the city of Thyatira, who worshiped God, was listening; of whom the Lord opened her heart to take heed to the things being spoken by Paul. Acts 16:14

yes good point however I would argue that many are called but few are chosen we are left without excuse because the gospel is preached all around the world it is a gift that he has many times offered even to those who rejcted him

But scripture alone is not enough to understand what is being said we also have to understand the nature of our father. if you notice he rarely intervenes personally rather he influences or draws us everyone has been influenced whether by hearing of him or growing up in a family that goes to church each instrance is his voice calling them

that calling is given to all people in his love and merciful nature he offers salvation with even just a small whisper of his voice.
And think about it from a fathers perspective would you as a father have two sons offer one to be saved but with the other have their destiny of hell fire set in stone?

yes faith comes by hearing the word of God not by selection. His voice comes in all manners of forms even in nature if you listen with your heart it is there.

What you state here, But scripture alone is not enough to understand what is being said we also have to understand the nature of our father.

If God's nature does not change and he told us we cannot understand his nature or word in our fallen state how do we then say we can overcome that by our choice?

reminds me of this

“and with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: that they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.”
‭‭2 Thessalonians‬ ‭2:10-12‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Imagine now that secretly God just didn’t make them able , but other he chose and made them so able they can’t refuse but at the same time

“For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.”
‭‭1 Timothy‬ ‭2:3-4‬ ‭KJV‬‬

The whole theory that he’s the one decoding who can hear and believe and act is contrary. not only flawed but contrary to Gods character and word throughout
You always have to twist it that way. That's a YOU problem not a "them" problem. when I say "it was 100% God that saved me, He drew me in, He gave me faith, He granted me repentance and He saved me. 100-% God, 0% me".

You hear "God chooses the people who go to hell".
The thought "Wow, why would a God ever saves someone as horrible as I am? GLORY TO THE GOD WHO SAVES US WICKED WHO DON'T DESERVE IT!!!!" never crossed your mind, has it?

Nope you put condemnation on God for NOT choosing someone else. It doesn't even make sense to me. No matter if you're a "Calvinist" or whatever the heck gang you claim, that same person is going to hell. Why isn't your God bad for not presenting it better to him so he'd like it? Either way God fails that person, so why is your way better? Oh wait I know. It's because it gives YOU the power, it gives YOU a reason to boast. You claim what belongs to God and do so while mocking His children. What is it that makes you better again?

He said that to israel before he died because prophecy foretold that they would be made blind but a remnant he would choose to carry his word to the nations sending his salvstion to the ends of the earth.

Who was given to Jesus ?

“I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee.

Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, And the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession.

Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: Be instructed, ye judges of the earth. Serve the LORD with fear, And rejoice with trembling.

Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, When his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him.”
‭‭Psalm‬ ‭2:7-8, 10-12‬ ‭KJV‬‬

all creation was given to Jesus after his resurrection before jesus died and rose , one needs to discover the curses upon Israel from the breaking of thier covenant there’s a reason for this

“Esaias also crieth concerning Israel, Though the number of the children of Israel be as the sand of the sea, a remnant shall be saved:”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭9:27‬ ‭KJV‬‬

most of Israel was made blind and deaf to gods word because of thier constant despising and defilement of the covenant they agreed to with God. But he said he would spare and save a remnant of them. This isn’t what it says of the world but of Israel who God foreknew.

the gospel is that understanding of God we can know the lord personally because he’s always Going to be exactly like Jesus presented himself

We cannot fathom how vast how deep how rich the heart of our father is but can know him. I know my father I can describe his traits I can describe his laughter I can explain the severity of his mere presence that makes you tremble his might his awesomeness his love his peace

I am on a personal journey to get rid of all the different interpretations and understanding there is one truth and only one therefore if I read the scripture or even go into debates I should only hear one truth from him

This is why I say scripture alone is not enough anyone can read hear study or teach scripture even the heretic do this but I came to the understanding that I do not understand his word as one truth if I did no scripture would be beyond my understanding

I hope this does not come off wrong but this is where my hearts stands

The spirit of truth in our heart bears witness to the word (scripture) in our mind. That is how we stay on the straight path

amen exactly

“If ye love me, keep my commandments. And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.”

All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him.

Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭11:27-30‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.”
‭‭John‬ ‭5:24‬ ‭

“For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness: all these evil things come from within, and defile the man.”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭7:21-23‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; and ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
‭‭John‬ ‭8:31-32‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.”
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭4:12-13‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:

being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever…… But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.”
‭‭1 Peter‬ ‭1:22-23, 25‬ ‭KJV‬‬
