You do know that the value of money has been in steady decline.
The thing is if the actual government (both parties equally at fault) had not sold out the American economy many years ago, so that its inevitable decline was assured, people would not be turning to these other options.

Who really hold power behind the scenes is all the matters, I mean in the real world, I doubt they have any ideology except for whatever is expedient and serves their ultimate goal.
Karl Marx was just another construct (not saying he wasn't real just part of the manipulation behind the scenes) to bring about the Russian Revolution and and all the consequences that resulted.
The people who run the show are not ideologues but they will use it because people like it or not like it, makes for a lot of division and seems to be working quite well actually.

I can give a lot of examples where socialism/communism has utterly failed.... for the closest example, look at Cuba. Look at Canada, that has socialized medicine, along with the UK...

please allow me to use your first sentence to say this- many americans under the age of 40 are ignorant, greedy, selfish and brainwashed by college to think that socialism is good.
and they were fed fake history that said nothing about the u s s r, and the horrors the citizens faced for decades...
