I came back from one public hospital. I saw many people were being attended outside a room, being feed by their mates, either men and women, and some doctors were given their medical treatment outside an average room, it was just like those movies, it seemed a kind of war.
The morgue was stinking. The smelling atmosphere was ugly and doctors and people like me were walking those lanes. I wasn't quite sure it was human flesh stinking, but I was infromed the Lab's door will be shut to avoid that pollution or people being infected by those bacterias.
I saw mutilated people, emotionallly and physical hurt people there. People eating inside that stinking atmosphere -working- because money is more needed in a big city like Caracas.
I shared with on person whose eye was to be operated, because he worked without using safety googles and his eye receive a piece of tools that hurt his retina... Later on, when he sit to have his blood out to be tested, I said to him: "This is my first time I see a fan of that baseball team bleeding... the way I wanted to see them" (He was wearing a t-shirt of his baseball team). He laughed at it, and he knew I was kidding, just to ease his veins which were reluctant to be picked by the doctor's needle.
I'm thankful I'm not there.
I'm thankful I'm not sich as I saw many are there.
I'm thankful I'm not dead, in a morgue, because I dislike the life I see and live here.
I'm thankful many there will turn to Jesus, and to God.
I'm thankful there is not an earthquake yet.
I'm thankful those workers and being paid to help other who are sick and try to escape death.
I'm thankful GOD gave me the medical treatment I couldn't have paid for being the one I am.
I'm thankful I'm not enslaved to any medication or those treatment I have seen people received in there.
I'm thankful I can work and walk. Those I saw mutilated, lame or worst, are being purified -by those cincumstances- for an eternal purpose.
I'm thankful HE (God) does as HE is pleased and always knows what it is best.
