Happy New Year to all of you here.
It's already off to a raucous start here in Georgia. Kids running around in circles, waving sparklers in the air. Things got rather heated between the local Baptist and Methodist. Both sides began firing bottle rockets and roman candles at one another, with each side claiming the moral high ground. My Presbyterian neighbor said that the winner had been predetermined. A car load of Pentecostals drove up and saw the commotion. They got out of their car, took up an offering, grabbed one of our pizzas and left.
Well, that's how I saw it. You folks have a happy new year!
