Any people who believe in the command for a woman to cover her head:
when praying or prophesying
or that we are to pray without ceasing, so her head should always be covered.
Please leave a post with the Bible reference to you stand on this issue.
We are going to be talking about this at church on Sunday. I would like to know what others have found.

It seems to me the key to understanding this is the same as the key to understanding all the epistles, especially Paul's. God is very upset when we say that the physical acts God gave to help explain God's spirit was the important thing to being accepted by God, like the Jews were saying, it is wrong. If we think that putting a hat on our head is all there is to being covered by the love of the Lord, it surely is thinking something that isn't the truth.

I feel certain in my own mind (is it the same as the Lord's mind?) that it is just as wrong to say we may not put a covering on our heads to remind ourselves we are covered by the Lord's love and care. We know from scripture that God isn't looking at our scarves but at our heart. Still, I see use in the covering of the head God tells us about.

i will say one thing...i find it very uncomfortable to sleep with a head covering on.
slips all over and twists my hair. :)
