I cant exersize in the morning...... i mean i do sometimes, i get up at 6 am and run....... but most of the time.... im to flippin lazy to get up that early!

I work out every day and it gives me more energy and is relaxing at the same time. I can also stop after a set, say, of lifting weights and meditate... sort out what I should and shouldn't be thinking about, and think in a more focused way about the next thing while I do the next set ... if that makes sense... and sometimes it's a chance in my day not to think at all .. ;-)

no i would never name my biceps that... those are the names of chuck norris's right and left leg

The scary thing is, after I read it I had "YMCA" stuck in my head...:)

i would start singing one of their songs........ but i dont know the words ................... to any of them.... LOL

I hiked up and down a canyon on wednesday. I wasn't sore the next day, but my calves were really hurting on friday!

I haven't worked out in 2 months, so going up tht canyon was alot harder than it should have been.

Well, I haven't been working out lately, because the last time I did (I went boxing) I became so sick with a cold that lasted for months. The reason I worked out was a) I was getting skills in self defense, and b) my clothes stopped fitting... although I still blame the dryer... ;)
