France and one other country banned the burqa. There have been numerous Koran burnings. And there also appears to be a lot of discrimination when Islamic Americans apply for jobs: Study: Muslim Americans Face Widespread Job Discrimination | The Progressive

Of course, I can understand why one would be skeptical of the source I provided for my last claim.

Keep in mind, I avoided the word "persecution" because Muslims in America are mostly facing discrimination.

You are right about Muslims mostly being persecuted by other Muslims, at least from what I understand. But they're victims none-the-less.

I understand where you're coming from, and I would agree except I feel the OP is pretending Christians are the majority being attacked. If I'm wrong and the OP really does understand that there are victims of various beliefs, then I'll gladly correct myself.

Seriously? By a few? Maybe............however, as I review World News, it is shockingly apparent to me that the USA may well be the SAFEST and most FREE place a Muslim could live on the entire planet.

Everyone faces a percent of discrimination..............for there will always be a small percent of every population who are ignorant and afraid of anyone or anything different....This is a FAR CRY to what Muslims are doing to Christians around the world!
