Is no one going to comment on how anorexic the girl in the sample pic looks?
That (well, and the unfortunate hair choice) is why her head is so 'big' looking... because she's gearing up to be an extra on some documentary about xylophones!

To me she looks like a staged Bratz doll. The angle of the camera is awkward for sure. Xylophones? I can't say that I get the reference.
 
Xylophone, as in ribs all pokin through the flesh till the sullen faced, malnourished lass looks like a marimba or xylophone.
