Is there a way to use Windows XP programs on Windows 7? I have several Greek programs that won't work on my Windows 7 laptop.

I suppose one solution is to buy a used XP laptop for those programs. Is there another?

I highly doubt it, those are two different operating systems, and XP is no longer supported by Microsoft. Sooner or later, you need to upgrade to Windows 10, or your pc will become a security liability..
 
Try compatibility mode.

There's a small chance that will get the program to install and run. Otherwise, purchasing a used computer with Windows XP is an option. You may also consider running a Windows XP virtual machine, although that becomes very technical.
 
You could also run a virtual machine if compatibility mode doesn't work. I think virtual box comes with xp ready to use. I may be wrong, but pretty sure it does.
