I highly doubt it, those are two different operating systems, and XP is no longer supported by Microsoft. Sooner or later, you need to upgrade to Windows 10, or your pc will become a security liability..
There's a small chance that will get the program to install and run. Otherwise, purchasing a used computer with Windows XP is an option. You may also consider running a Windows XP virtual machine, although that becomes very technical.
You could also run a virtual machine if compatibility mode doesn't work. I think virtual box comes with xp ready to use. I may be wrong, but pretty sure it does.
Windows XP Mode is what I have used in most cases since 2010. Since there are no longer security updates for XP (or XP Mode), I do not allow the XP virtual machines internet access.
